How can I register my PRE horse on me after I bought him or her?

If you don’t live in Spain you would have to take contact with the P.R.E. organisation of your country and they will help you register the horse on you.If you don’t know if there is an association you can contact ANCCE here in Spain which is the main organisation world wide.
